Rent Due
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Please ensure payments are made on time.
Maintenance Requests
All maintenance requests must be submitted through the tenant portal at 10oliverst.com. Emergency issues should be called in directly.
Quiet Hours
Please be respectful of neighbors. Excessive noise is not permitted at any hour.
Common Areas
Keep all hallways, stairwells, and common areas clear at all times. No personal items in shared spaces.
Pets
No pets allowed without prior written approval from management.
Subletting
Subletting or adding occupants without written consent from management is not permitted.
Trash & Recycling
Trash must be disposed of properly per the City of Worcester schedule. Tenants will be held responsible for any city fines resulting from improper trash disposal.
Entry Notice
Management will provide 24-hour notice before entering your unit except in the case of an emergency.
Lease Compliance
All tenants are expected to comply with their lease agreement at all times.
